Superb villa (700m²) with stunning sea view of 360° and perfectly located in the private Domain La Belle Isnarde at walking distance to the centre of Saint-Tropez and near the beaches of Tahiti.
The villa is built on a closed ground of 3500m² and has an ultramodern comfort and offers beautiful services thanks to the use of high quality materials.

On the first floor you will find the large living room (100m²) with sliding doors opening on to the covered terrace from where you have a beautiful sea view, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table (seating 12 persons), the master bed room (55m²) and another 2 double bed rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with their own ensuite bathroom.

On the ground level are another 3 double bed rooms with ensuite bathroom. All bed rooms are air-conditioned. There is an additional appartment for staff, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small kitchen / living. On this level you will find a profesionnal kitchen.

In the landscaped garden with a beautiful vegetation such as palm trees, olive-trees you will also find a fountain, patio and many terraces (some of them covered) with a total surface of 600m².
The swimming pool (12x6m) can be heated and is surrounded by sun beds and a Jaccuzzi. There is a large, fully equipped summer kitchen overlooking the pool and in the back garden you will find the gym.
