On the ground floor, the living room of 180m², including kitchen and dining room, open on all sides on the garden, the terrace and pool. As an extension of the dining room, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet the requirements of cooks and also includes a wine cellar.

Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom and opening on a parcel of garden to enjoy light and quiet atmosphere.

Upstairs a very spacious master bedroom overlooks the property and has a large private bath room.

The villa features all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi is perfectly broadcasted throughout the villa, the rooms and the TV room are equipped with flat screens.
